Natural Diamonds:
IDGL Diamond Reports convey the highest level of objectivity and accuracy. We use cutting edge technology and laboratory tools to conduct our assessments in accordance with strict industry standards. The IDGL Diamond Grading Report includes an assessment of the 4Cs – Color, Clarity, Cut, and Carat Weight – along with a plotted diagram of its clarity characteristics and a graphic representation of the diamond’s proportions.
Each report comes with a certificate that has multiple security features to ensure its authenticity. Laser inscription can be added to your assessment and is automatically added to select services.

Laboratory Grown:
Laboratory grown diamonds are gaining popularity in the industry. They are chemically the same as natural diamonds, but they are laboratory grown versus naturally grown. Our cutting edge technology can accurately detect whether a diamond is laboratory or naturally grown.
The Laboratory Grown Diamond Report contains the same information as our standard Diamond Report. It is a thorough, rigorous assessment of the 4Cs as well as other factors. The report will clearly state that it is a laboratory diamond versus a natural diamond.

Colored Diamonds:
The Colored Diamond Report captures the unique characteristics of diamonds distinguished by hue, tone, and saturation. This report contains all of the classic diamond report measurements. Your report will also include color-specific criteria such as absorption spectra, color distribution, color grade, and color origin.

Shipping:
Once we receive your stone, our reporting services take an average of one to five business days. Rush turnaround services are also available. After we assess your stone and prepare the grading report, we will securely ship it back to you with our insured shipping label.
