In order to accurately assess and grade your piece, we require that the stones be unmounted and disassembled before you send them in. Our IDGL Jewelry Report will provide a comprehensive assessment of all stones received.

Once we receive your stone, our reporting services take an average of one to five business days. Rush turnaround services are also available. After we assess your stone and prepare the grading report, we will securely ship it back to you with our insured shipping label.
