Do not assume that a familiar-looking page or matching number resolves every question about a stone. The full report and the physical item still need to correspond.

If your report cannot be found

Check for typing errors, extra spaces, or letters that resemble numbers. Confirm that the document was issued by IDGL. If the search remains unsuccessful, contact report support with the complete number and a description of the issue.

A failed search does not, by itself, explain why a record is unavailable. Request assistance before drawing a conclusion.

If information does not match

If the physical item may have been recut, repaired, altered, or substituted, mention that concern separately. It may require more than an online record check.
